How can I book a parking service?
In just 3 steps, you can book a parking service at Eazzypark via our booking form. We will immediately email you a confirmation of your booking with all additional information.
What are the different payment options?
You pay at Eazzypark via a secure connection with iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, or Mister Cash.
How long can I park my car?
You can park your car at Eazzypark for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 365 days per year.
What are your opening hours?
We are open at the same times as Eindhoven Airport. Therefore, we are reachable 7 days a week from 4:30 in the morning until midnight.
Where do I park my car with the Shuttle service?
You park your car yourself at one of our easily accessible and well-secured parking areas, a maximum of 10 minutes drive from Eindhoven Airport. You will receive the exact location and route with your booking confirmation.
Where is my car parked with the Valet service?
You drop off your car close to the departure hall of the airport. The location and time will be provided with your booking confirmation. Our driver parks your car at one of our 24/7 secured parkings. We have several secured parking places around Eindhoven Airport within a 20 km radius. Our drivers drive a maximum of 40 km with your car. We automatically and digitally store all trip information, which you can always access.

How is my car secured?
All our parking areas are fenced, monitored 24/7, and only accessible with a personal QR code. We automatically and digitally store all trip information of our Valet drivers, so you always have insight into the kilometers driven.
With the Valet service, we make a digital 360-scan of your car: you drive through our video lane, where your car is photographed from all sides. This way, we can show you that you get your car back in the same condition as you left it, and any damage can be demonstrated.

Do I need to bring my booking voucher?
You always take your booking voucher digitally (printing is not necessary). It also contains your personal QR code for access to the Shuttle service parking lot.
Can I book for multiple cars at the same time?
That is certainly possible. Then fill in a new booking form for each car.
I don’t know my flight times yet. Can I still book?
No problem. Fill in ’24:00′ for both the delivery time and the return time on the booking form. We will then process your booking and payment later. Note: Please provide your departure and arrival time at least 4 days before departure.
How do I know if my booking has been processed?
After you have completed the online booking, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation on screen and via email. If you haven’t received an email, also check your spam inbox. If the confirmation email is not in your spam box, let us know at info@eazzypark.nl. We will email you a new booking confirmation.
Why is my booking not accepted?
If you get the message ‘Unfortunately, the desired booking period is full’, then the maximum number of parking spaces for that service has been reached. It’s also possible that your booking is not accepted without a message. In both cases, we advise you to contact us at info@eazzypark.nl.
How do I change my booking?
We understand that your travel plans may change. You can change your booking yourself via the link in your confirmation email.
- Changes to your booking are free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
- We do not charge any administration fees for a change.
- If you change later than 24 hours before departure or not at all, we will not refund any booking costs.
What happens if I return earlier or later?
Based on your flight number, we are automatically informed of any delays. So, you don’t need to call in advance, we know you are coming. If the date of your return journey changes or if you have more than 6 hours delay, email us at info@eazzypark.nl with the new arrival information and we will adjust it.
