Make changes free of charge
Sometimes your travel plans change, and you can change your booking online. Changes are free of charge if made no later than 24 hours before the start of your booking, and we do not even charge an administration fee.
Park your car in one of our easy-to-reach and well-secured car parks. You will receive the exact location and route from us. Our free shuttle service takes you to the departure hall in 10 minutes. Upon your return to Eindhoven Airport, our free shuttle will take you back to your car.
Secure parking
Our car parks are secured with a QR code for access and with surveillance cameras for round-the-clock surveillance. You will receive a personal QR code with your booking, which you can use to drive in and out of the car park. Because of this, the sites are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
One of our drivers will receive you and your car near Eindhoven airport. You’ll be in the departure hall within 5 minutes. We’ll let you know in advance the exact location where our driver will receive and return your car to you.
In the video footage street, your car will be photographed from all sides. We park your car in one of our 24/7 secure car parks. All trip information, such as speed, driver, and distance, is stored digitally. The secured car park is not accessible to unauthorized people, and your car key is stored in our safe.
