If this is not reasonably possible, Parq Point shall indicate, before the Agreement is concluded, how the Terms and Conditions can be consulted.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared void or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such a case, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree on an alternative provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
- The applicability of any terms and conditions used by the Customer is expressly rejected and shall not form part of the Parking Agreement.
- Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing.
Article 4. The Agreement
- The Parking Agreement is concluded when the Customer delivers the Vehicle to Parq Point and the Vehicle is accepted by Parq Point.
- The Reservation is based on the information provided by the Customer to Parq Point. This information is used to perform the Parking Agreement, including but not limited to departure and arrival times, Vehicle details, and similar information. The Reservation is deemed to accurately and completely reflect the contents of the Parking Agreement. Providing incorrect and/or incomplete information is entirely at the Customer’s risk and expense.
- The Parking Agreement is entered into for the agreed Parking Period as stated in the Reservation and Parking Agreement. If the Vehicle is collected later than agreed, the provisions of the Reservation, Parking Agreement, and these Terms and Conditions shall remain applicable. The costs of the extended parking period and any related additional costs shall be borne by the Customer and must be paid before the Vehicle is returned.
- The Customer shall be assigned a parking space within the Parking Facility at Parq Point’s discretion, unless a specific option such as Covered Parking has been reserved.
Article 5. Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation
- Payment:Payment is made online when making the reservation, either directly through Parq Point’s website or through an affiliated Platform.

The agreed Parking Period may be amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time through the party where the reservation was made.
- For changes made within 24 hours before departure or during the Parking Period, Parq Point reserves the right to charge an administration fee of €10.00.
- Late Collection:If the Customer collects the Vehicle after the agreed Parking Period, additional parking charges shall apply for the excess time and must be paid directly to Parq Point. The agreed Parking Period may be amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time through the party where the reservation was made. Article 6. Parking, Vehicle Return, and Complaints
- Parking:Upon arrival, the Customer must follow the instructions provided by Parq Point. The reservation confirmation specifies whether the keys must be handed over to Parq Point.
- Vehicle Return:The Customer must call Parq Point at the designated telephone number upon landing. The Vehicle shall be returned upon presentation of valid identification proving that the Parking Agreement was entered into by the Customer. Parq Point reserves the right to suspend delivery of the Vehicle if the required documents cannot be presented or if there is reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the person collecting the Vehicle. Upon return of the Vehicle, the Customer must sign (digitally) for receipt.
If an alternative drop-off and collection procedure is described in the Parking Voucher, that procedure shall prevail.
- Delays:The return flight stated in the Reservation, unless not known in advance, determines when the Customer’s Vehicle will be prepared for collection. Parq Point undertakes a best-efforts obligation to have the Vehicle ready upon arrival; however, the Customer may occasionally have to wait. Parq Point cannot be held liable for such waiting times. The Customer is required to notify Parq Point of any changes to the arrival time of the return flight. Failure to do so is entirely at the Customer’s risk and expense. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the Customer.
- Waiting Time:Standard waiting time is included in the rates. If a flight is delayed by less than four hours, no additional waiting charges will be applied. If the delay exceeds four hours, Parq Point is entitled to charge additional costs to the Customer.
- By signing (digitally), the Customer declares that upon return, the Vehicle is in substantially the same condition as when it was accepted by Parq Point.
- Complaints regarding Parq Point’s services, including alleged damage, must be reported immediately upon return of the Vehicle. After submitting a written damage report, the relevant department of Parq Point shall investigate the matter and contact the Customer. Without a written damage report, Parq Point cannot process the complaint and any claim shall lapse.
- Complaints submitted to Parq Point shall be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing period, Parq Point shall provide an acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days together with an indication of when a substantive response can be expected.
- Filing a complaint does not release the Customer from his or her payment obligations.
- If it is established that the damage claimed by the Customer already existed when the Vehicle was delivered to Parq Point, an administration fee of €85.00 (excluding VAT) shall be charged for the time spent investigating the matter.
Article 7. Customer Obligations

- Parq Point’s obligations are obligations of best efforts and not obligations to achieve a specific result.
Article 9. Damage and Liability
- Parq Point shall never be liable for any damage suffered by the Customer if the Customer has failed to report such damage in a timely and/or proper manner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Damage claims regarding the Vehicle will only be considered if the Customer can demonstrate that the damage was not present upon acceptance of the Vehicle and was present upon its return. Parq Point’s photographs and/or records shall be decisive unless the Customer provides evidence to the contrary.

- The Customer indemnifies Parq Point against all third-party claims arising from or related to the services performed by Parq Point.
- Submitting a damage claim upon return of the Vehicle merely constitutes timely notification and does not imply acknowledgment of liability. Employees of Parq Point are not authorized to admit liability. Only the department responsible for assessing damage claims may confirm any acceptance of liability.
- Parq Point shall never be liable for damage resulting from incomplete or defective information provided by or on behalf of the Customer.
Article 10. Force Majeure

This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, vandalism, power failures, fire, explosions, water damage, lightning strikes, natural disasters beyond Parq Point’s control, and failures by auxiliary persons or subcontractors.
Article 11. Privacy
- Parq Point processes the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of performing the Agreement.
- Personal data shall be processed with the utmost care and diligence and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data shall only be used to the extent necessary to provide services to the Customer. Such data shall not be retained longer than legally permitted or necessary for performance of the Agreement.
- Parq Point shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security for personal data, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the processing.
Article 12. Miscellaneous Provisions
- All legal relationships between the Parties shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the country in which Parq Point is established.
- Any disputes arising from or related to the legal relationship between the Parties shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the region where Parq Point is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Parq Point reserves the right at all times to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions.
