You will receive instructions by email telling you exactly where to meet us, with the precise address for your navigation system. This includes details for handing over your car with the Valet Service or driving into the parking garage with the Shuttle Service.
Handover of your car
If you choose Valet Parking, you hand over your car to a ParqPoint driver at the departure hall at Rotterdam Airport. With the Shuttle Service, you park your car yourself and keep your keys.
During your trip
While you travel, your car is safely parked in our secured, well-lit parking garage, monitored 24/7.
Return
Upon your return, the ParqPoint Shuttle will pick you up from the K+R area in front of the arrivals hall and take you back to your car. If you use the Valet Service, a ParqPoint driver will be waiting for you with your car at the arrivals hall so you can continue your journey straight away.
